The summer field trip rush is two months away, but Grant Miller has a lot to think about. As food and beverage manager at Fort Edmonton Park's Hotel Selkirk, Miller must ensure his shelves are stocked with ingredients that aren't allowed anywhere near the 1885 Street shop plying rock candy and lemon drops.
